Happy Festive Season
And just like that, Christmas is over. We are at the end of December and I hardly realised it had begun. The shortest day has passed and although we have most of winter ahead of us it still makes me feel like we are heading towards the light and gives me hope.
I have mixed feelings as we approach the end of the year but I have plenty to keep me busy, packing and planning for a trip to Cornwall later this week. Sadly we have to leave Mr C at home as everything he has worked so hard for goes live on the 1st January but at least the children will be amused by cousins and grandparents.
I am packing my sewing machine, as well as the camera and laptop so I am sure I will be posting something here at some point.
Thank you. For reading, for commenting, for hand holding and just listening through the ups and downs of this year. The hardest year of my life, but also one of the most rewarding. Last year at New Year we opened the original Happiness Jar and this year I will take time to read my virtual Happiness Jar and be grateful for all of the small things in my life that keep me going.
