Miles, a five-year-old with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, wanted to be Batman. The Make-a-Wish Foundation made that happen by turning San Francisco into Gotham City.
The support for this story, online, on twitter, and in the amazing people that all turned up to make this kid’s dream a reality gives me goosebumps.
Just imagine what could be possible if this wasn’t just a one off thing. I don’t necessarily mean everyone turning up to help Make a Wish in particular but the love and humanity of all those people in just one city made a massive difference to someone. How can we carry this on? What could we achieve?
