They are in my head and they have pickaxes.

The evil imps that is.

They are also pouring weird stuff down my nose and using sandpaper on my throat.

I wish that they would go away.

Do you know anything that gets rid of evil imps when they are attempting to kill someone from within?

My attacks with paracetamol, Echinacea (sp?), berrocca and plenty of water have failed miserably so far.

These are some hard ass imps.

They are also affecting my blogging ability. Hopefully I will beat them out and return with the usual helpful blogging pixies that usually live in my head.

Think the cold medicine is doing funny things to me.

im so scared of bird flu (no longer eating eggs)

but, ooh! me me, i know things:

yes to the ech..i cant spell it either. high doses of vitamin c (e.g. fizzy vit c, will get into your system quicker) umm…garlic. lemon juice, honey+hot water. zinc (in lozenges, for a sore throat- they taste like crap and if you get some, DONT suck them or you will have no skin left in your mouth)ecucalyptus for your nose.also theres something called ‘echin..cold relief’ at a..well known health food shop near you.

and i totally forgot about berocca! i want some! my first year in london, a girl i lived with helped out at a speed dating thing once and brought back all the leftovers- little bottles of the premixed baileys stuff (called glide, i think?) sweets, and mini tubes of berocca. for days and days afterwards we disolved it in a variety of things.

no one made a berocca milkshake. the same no one didnt like it. honestly..

im almost out of pro plus, i will have to get some of that instead
