So, less than 4 weeks ago I nearly had a coronary after trying to run 1 min, walk 1 min 10 times.
Last week I managed to run 5 mins, walk 3 mins 3 times.
Today my goal was run 7 mins, walk 2 mins, 3 times.
I almost did it.
I managed the first 7 – woo hoo.
The second 7 came round all too soon.
But I cracked it!
The third 7 was a struggle the whole way through. I managed 5 ½ mins before having to walk the rest.
I was beetroot coloured but I have been grinning all afternoon because I really feel that I am achieving something!
